Zucchini Stuffed with Meat

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the zucchini into thick slices and hollow out the middle.

3. Stir the meat, add starch, pepper and salt to marinate.

4. Stuff the meat into the zucchini.

5. Cut the garlic and pepper and set aside.

6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the zucchini until both sides are slightly yellow.
