A Bite of Fresh Tofu Skin Rolls

Cut the pork into thin strips, marinate with cooking wine, starch, a little salt, and soy sauce for about 5 minutes; add oil to the wok and sauté the scallions and ginger, then add the meat and stir-fry it.

Wash the leeks with boiling water to soften them;

Spread the eggs into egg skins;

Cut half of the leeks into sections, and shred carrots and egg skins;

Cut the tofu skin into large square pieces and wrap them in leek, carrot, egg skin and fried pork in turn;

The tofu skin wrapped in the vegetables is rolled into a roll and then tied with the hot leeks into a roll. Let the water steamer off for 5 minutes.

Finally, top with soy sauce, vinegar, abalone juice, chili oil, sesame oil and mix it with a bowl of juice, ready to eat
Tips:
Just boil and steam for 5 minutes, not too long.
