Ants go up the tree, the fans add the aroma of minced meat and mushrooms, which makes people appetite, and children like to eat too. I advocate a healthy food culture, so the seasoning of this dish is relatively simple, but the taste is not bad.

Ants on The Tree

1. Soak the vermicelli in water

2. Remove the vermicelli and drain the water

3. Soak the mushrooms in advance, diced

4. Chop the meat as much as possible

5. Put a little oil in the pot, add the minced meat

6. Stir fry a few times, add some light soy sauce, add diced mushrooms, and add a little salt

7. After the vermicelli is put in the pan, quickly fry a few times, add some water to prevent sticking to the pan

8. Add a little water

9. Add some salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce

10. Add some water again after seasoning

11. Cover the pot and simmer until the juice is collected and it is ready to be out of the pot

12. Out of the pot

Tips:

If you don’t have shiitake mushrooms at home, you can use green peppers and diced onions instead. Because I use light soy sauce to reduce the saltiness, I added some dark soy sauce to add color and flavor. The taste can be adjusted by myself. Kids eat
