Asparagus Stir-fried Pork
1.
Cut pork into chopstick-thick strips (you can also cut them into thin slices, but it is faster to cut into thin slices, and it is better to clamp when it is the same shape as the asparagus. It is recommended to choose lean pork because this dish is still refreshing in taste.)
2.
Sliced ginger
3.
Add five-spice powder, pepper powder, ginger powder, white pepper powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dried starch and a small amount of vegetable oil to the meat, add ginger slices and dried chili shreds, stir evenly and marinate. (The richer the seasoning, the more delicious; the shredded chili will give the dish a slightly spicy taste and enhance the taste. It must not be too much, which will be overwhelming; adding dried starch to the meat will be more tender, and it will not stick to the pot when it is fried with vegetable oil.)
4.
Wash the asparagus, trim off the lower half of the skin, and pinch off the old roots (if the asparagus is fresh and tender, just wash it off)
5.
Cut the asparagus into inch sections with an oblique knife, as shown in the picture.
6.
Put oil in the pan, add the marinated meat and stir fry after the oil is hot.
7.
Fry until the oil is clear in the pan, add the asparagus and stir fry, add a little bit of water, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add a small amount of vinegar before starting the pan.
8.
Let's serve it on the plate. The refreshing vegetables and the tender meat echo each other, even in the summer will be very appetizing.
