Bamboo Shoots Mixed with Bean Curd

We fold the tofu skin in half. Cut it, fold it in half, and cut into four pieces. Overlap it. (Bought the tofu skins, soak them in boiling water for disinfection.) Then cut them into shreds and put them on a plate for later use.

Chop garlic into minced garlic, chop the shallots and set aside.

Cut bamboo shoots into filaments and blanch them. Serve too cold and set aside. (When the water is blanched, the water is turned on and the heat is turned off, and it will be blanched in it for 20 seconds.)

Adjust the seasonings other than the spicy oil into a bowl of sauce. This is adjusted according to personal taste.

Pour the sauce into the plate. Top with chopped green onion and minced garlic. Drizzle a spoonful of spicy oil. The quick side dishes are ready.
