Beef Noodles with Tomato
1.
Wash the tomatoes and put them in a bowl and pour boiling water.
2.
After a while, turn the tomatoes over and then blanch them for a while (if the bowl is big enough, the tomatoes can be overturned without turning over), and then the skin can be easily peeled off.
3.
Cut the peeled tomatoes into 5 thin slices, and cut the rest into small cubes. Wash the scallions and shreds, peel the ginger, wash and shred, wash the scallions, take the green onion leaves, and cut the green onion. Preparation ingredients: 150g dried noodles, 5 tomato slices, 130g diced tomato, 90g beef rolls, 5g shredded green onions, 3g shredded ginger, 3g sugar, 2g chopped green onion, 2g chicken essence, 10g light soy sauce, 25g tomato sauce, 3g salt, water 500g.
4.
Heat water in a pot and add beef rolls.
5.
Use chopsticks to stir and blanch the beef rolls.
6.
It can be seen that there is a lot of blood in the beef rolls. When blanched and fished out, use chopsticks in the place where the water is boiled and wash it twice to remove the blood foam that sticks to it, and then remove the beef rolls and place them in a bowl.
7.
After removing the fat beef rolls, wash and dry the pan, add the oil to heat, and add the green onion and ginger to sauté.
8.
Saute the green onion and ginger and add the diced tomatoes (If you don't eat ginger, you can remove the onion and ginger after sauteing, and then fry the diced tomatoes.)
9.
Add tomato sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken essence after frying the diced tomatoes and stir-fry evenly.
10.
Stir-fry evenly, wait until the soup is thick, add 500g of water, cover and simmer until the water boils.
11.
After the water is boiled, put in the simmered beef rolls, stir well, cover and simmer until the water boils for one minute.
12.
Then transfer the cooked soup to a large bowl for later use.
13.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil it into the dried noodles. (This time the pot can be washed or not, according to your own habits)
14.
After the noodles are cooked, transfer them to a bowl, and add the right amount of freshly cooked soup, beef slices, tomato slices, and chopped green onions according to your preference.
Tips:
The fat beef must be blanched first and then put in the soup, otherwise it will affect the taste.
