Beef, Onion and Carrot Buns

I made the noodles with a bread machine. 200ml measuring cup, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, put them in order. Proofing took 86 minutes.

The onion is diced, and the carrot is cut into shreds with a cutting board, and then chopped.

Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add minced ginger (to remove fishy), thirteen incense, oil (soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil, olive oil, I have used them all, I don’t notice any difference, I just put whatever I like. Well, as for the quantity, I put a bowl of soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, stir to make a puree, finally add onions and carrots, and stir well.

You can decide the size of the buns yourself according to your needs. My steamer is not big, so I divided it into 10 portions and made 10 buns. I didn't use a rolling pin to pat the cake with my hands. I don't know how to pinch, create my own shape

Boil a pot under water and steam on high heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the fire and start the pot again after a while.

Precautions:
1. When mixing the stuffing, stir in one direction, the meat will be vigorous, and the stuffing in the finished bun will be a meatball, otherwise it will be broken and the taste will not be good.
2. I don't have a cloth cloth, and I am afraid that the bun will stick to the bottom, so I brushed a layer of oil on the bottom of the bun before putting the bun into the pot.
