I bought bell peppers and fried fresh mushrooms once, and there was some leftover just to make marinated noodles at noon. It was fast and delicious.

Bell Pepper and Egg Marinated Noodles

1. Take out the leftover colored peppers from the refrigerator and wash them

2. Shred the bell peppers and chopped green onions

3. 2 eggs

4. First marinate:
Heat the oil in the pot

10. Cook noodle:
