Black Pepper Pork Slices
1.
Pork slices (the plum meat I bought with some fat, or lean meat), marinate with a little oil, light soy sauce, and a little sugar for a while. (Without cornstarch, the bacon is not old and won't stick to the pan.)
2.
Wash the ingredients and cut them well.
3.
Heat the pan and pour the oil, add the chopped ginger and shallots until fragrant.
4.
Pour in the meat slices, don't stir fry, let them fry for a while. (This way the meat will be very tender.)
5.
Pour the onion when the bottom of the meat changes color, and stir-fry a little.
6.
Add red pepper.
7.
Add freshly ground black pepper diced. (Be sure to add freshly ground, don't add black pepper, freshly ground is more fragrant. They are sold in supermarkets.)
8.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
