Take the beef back and soak it in clean water for 2 hours. Change the water several times in the middle to soak the blood.

Put the soaked beef in a pot of cold water and boil on high heat. This step is mainly to boil off the meat inside the beef.

After the water boils, remove the beef. These froths are the dirt in the beef and need to be removed.

Rinse again with cold water.

Pour cold oil into the pot, add ginger to a low heat and stir fragrant.

Add bean paste and stir fry.

Add thirteen incense, pepper powder, fresh spicy powder, stir fry evenly

Add water to submerge the beef, and add the cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and green onions.

Cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat. When the soup in the pot reaches the bottom, pour half a pot of water and heat to collect the juice.

Tips:
The beef must be cleaned. When the beef is roasted, water must be poured twice to make the beef soft.
