Braised Chicken Wings with Mustard

Chicken wings, pickled mustard and other materials

Cut bell pepper and ginger into thick shreds, cut coriander and green onion
3.
Heat the pan, add oil, sauté the shallots (1/3) and ginger
4.
Add chicken wings and fry on both sides
5.
Add the right amount of water and seasoning
6.
Boil the chicken wings until 8 mature
7.
Add mustard shreds and cook through
8.
Stir-fry the bell peppers evenly
9.
Sauté the sprouts
10.
Stir fry the remaining green onion and coriander
