Braised Green Pumpkin with Pork Ribs and Beans

Boil the ribs and cook in a pressure cooker.

Remove the gluten and rinse off the beans.

Brush the green pumpkin clean.

Cut half a green pumpkin into cubes.

Cut potatoes into pieces.

Heat the oil, sauté the chives and aniseed.

Add the beans, then add half a teaspoon of five-spice powder and half a teaspoon of salt.

Stir fry a few times and put the potato wedges.

When the beans change color, put a spoonful of soybean paste and a spoonful of soy sauce.
