Braised Noodles with Double Peppers and Beans

Wash the beans and pick them

Add water to a boil

Add the soy sauce and five-spice powder to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate

After the water is boiled, put the beans into the green and you can remove them (you can just roll them slightly)

Add a little more oil to the pot than usual for cooking, add shredded pork, onion, ginger, beans, chili, and red pepper in turn, stir-fry, add boiling water, don’t turn off the heat after the vegetables are brought to a boil

Steam the noodles for the first time for 20 minutes

Tips:
Be sure to spread the noodles, add a pinch of it to the soup and steam it, so that the noodles are evenly colored and add more flavor
