Braised Noodles with Dried Beans and Potatoes

1. Soak dried beans in advance and cut into sections.

2. Cut potatoes into small pieces.

3. After the noodles are mixed well with oil, steam for 6 minutes in a pot, shake to loosen.

4. When the oil is hot, sauté the minced garlic and beans.

5. Add potatoes and stir fry, add salt, dark soy sauce and thirteen spices to taste.

6. Add enough water and cook for about 5 minutes after the water is boiled (because dried beans are not easy to ripen and taste, so it needs to be cooked for a few minutes, if it is other easy-cooking vegetables, you can wait for the soup to boil directly below)

7. After adding the noodles, cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.

8. After turning off the heat, add the green peppers and eggs fried in advance and mix well.

9. The braised noodles taste better when served with two sugar garlic.
