Braised Noodles with String Beans

Soak the bacon and cut into thin slices, shred the ginger, and cut the pepper into sections.

Green beans are plucked into inch segments.

Add a little oil to the pan, add the bacon and fry until the oil comes out, add ginger and chili.

Add soy sauce to color.

Put a large bowl of water and bring it to a boil.

Pour the boiling water out of a bowl and set aside. Leave a small amount of water in the pot.

Put the string beans in the pot and stir-fry well.

Sprinkle the dried noodles layer by layer on the vegetables.

Cover the pot and simmer for one to two minutes.

The bar becomes soft after two minutes.

Soak the noodles with the soup.

Cover the pot and continue to simmer for two to three minutes.

Open the lid again, and dip the noodles in water a second time. Repeat until the third time to run out of water.

After the third simmering for another two minutes, the noodles were already steamed.

Mix the vegetables and noodles well.
