The weather is hot and I have been eating lightly recently. Seeing that the child seems a little greedy, I cooked pork ribs stewed rice.
When the stewed rice came out of the pot, the children looked like a thief when they saw gold, with their eyes shining, one bowl per person, and a few bites into their stomachs.
It's really delicious!
There are meat, vegetables, and rice. Such a pot has comprehensive nutrition and is not picky eaters. All meals can be eaten in the stomach, especially for picky eaters, so he has no choice.

Braised Rice with Ribs and Corn

1. Prepare all the ingredients: corn, ribs, ginger, green onions, beans, peppercorns, rice.

2. The rice is washed clean.

3. Put the ribs in cold water, boil the peppercorns and poke the water to remove the fishy smell.

4. Wash and chop the beans, peel the corn, mince the green onion and ginger, and wash the ribs with blood.

5. Heat the oil in the wok, add the ribs and stir fry to get the oil.

6. Add the chopped green onion and ginger to taste.

7. Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, MSG, cooking wine, and sugar.

8. Pour the beans and corn kernels.

9. Turn off the heat, mix well and set aside.

10. Put all the ingredients into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add clean water, and sprinkle the amount of salt water just equal to the ingredients.

11. Sit in the rice cooker, turn on the fine-cooking function, close the lid and start simmering rice.

12. With a beeping sound, the stew is over, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onions and mix well to get out of the pot!
