Braised Vegetable Noodles with Beans

Pick and wash the beans, break them into small pieces

Leftover fresh noodles

Sliced pork, shredded onion, minced garlic

Heat the oil pan, add the meat slices and stir fry

Add onions and sauté until fragrant

Add the beans and stir fry

Cover, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until the soup is dry

When the soup is almost harvested, you can also leave a little soup, and mix the noodles with chopsticks and a spatula.
