I have grown too much cabbage at home to eat. Apart from giving some to my friends, there is still a lot left. It is not fresh after being left in the refrigerator for too long, and what should I do if I can’t eat it temporarily? Just use cabbage to make a box! After making the recipe, fry the four leftovers for the recipe and store them in the freezer. This is really a good solution! "

Cabbage Box

1. Ingredients: cabbage, flour, pork, ginger, garlic, green onions.

2. Knead it out with hot water dough and let it wake up for a while.

3. Cut the pork into small cubes and marinate with cornstarch, thirteen spices, light soy sauce and sesame oil.

4. Add the diced cabbage to the blanched water and stir.

5. Finally, pour all the chopped ginger, garlic, onion and stir evenly, add a little Himalayan salt, and the box filling is ready to start the box.

6. Roll out the skin with a dough preparation.

7. The steps shown in the figure have made a box.

8. Pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the hot pan and fry for a while on high heat.

9. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and turn to low heat.

10. Fry both sides until golden brown.

Tips:

1. The cabbage is blanched and then stuffed to reduce the chance of water coming out of the stuffing. 2. Cut the meat filling, marinate it with cornstarch, and then add the seasoning. 3. Because it is pork filling, the frying time should be longer to ensure that the meat is well cooked.
