Cabbage Pork Pot Stickers

Prepare the raw materials, only 1 shallot is needed in the meat filling, and 2 are needed when frying;

Chop pork, cabbage, and ginger into minced pieces and mix them together; mince 1 shallot and mix in the meat; 2 shallots, chopped green onions and set aside;

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil into the minced meat;

Stir in one direction until the minced meat is glued;

Prepare the dumpling wrapper; spread the dumpling wrapper in the palm of your hand, and put in an appropriate amount of minced meat;

Fold the dumpling skin in the middle and knead the tops together; all are done;

Brush an appropriate amount of vegetable oil on the electric baking pan, turn on the power, and press the "preheat" button;

After the "preheating" is completed, place the pot stickers on the electric baking pan, leaving some space between the pot stickers and the pot stickers, not to stick together;

Close the lid and press the "Meatloaf/Pot Sticker" button;

When the electric baking pan prompts to sound, pour an appropriate amount of water into the electric baking pan; the amount of water should be more than one-fifth of the pot stickers; close the lid, and perform "Meatloaf/pot stickers" again;
11.
Look at the time on the electric baking pan. When it is almost over, sprinkle chopped green onion and cover the lid;

Fry the bottom of the pot stickers until it is browned, and you can start the pot

When the electric baking pan prompts to sound, remove the lid and load the plate.
Tips:
1. The cabbage in the meat filling can be replaced with your favorite vegetables or without vegetables;
2. When frying the pot stickers, add a proper amount of water halfway, and the amount of water should be more than one-fifth of the pot stickers; also cover the lid, otherwise the pot stickers will stick underneath, and the top will not be cooked;
