Carob Vermicelli

Cut the garlic, ginger, onion, and pepper as shown in the picture and set aside.

Shred potatoes and soak in water for later use.

Boil hot water to soak the vermicelli.

Saute the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili, add pork belly and stir-fry until the color changes. Add soy sauce, pepper powder, a little allspice powder, and season with salt.

Add the potato shreds and stir fry to taste, add the beans and add a little bit of raw soy to taste. After about 5 minutes, add the noodles and stir evenly.
