Carrot Fried Pork

Prepare the ingredients

Prepare 1 carrot, peeled and sliced, 5g chopped green onion, 5g minced ginger, 8g garlic slices, 30g pork slices;

Put pork in a bowl, stir 1g of salt,

Boil the water from a pot, pour the carrots, and blanch for 30 seconds

Pour 5ml of oil from the pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic, add pork slices, stir-fry until the color changes, add carrots, stir-fry evenly, add 2g pepper, 3g light soy sauce, and 2g salt;

Stir fry evenly and out of the pan.
