Carrot Meatball Soup (10-minute Fast Food)

Prepare the vegetables. White radish, peas, green onion ginger, coriander.

Chop the shallots and coriander and set aside.

Cut the white radish into 1 cm thick pieces.

Prepare fat and lean meat fillings.

Add ginger and chopped green onions.

Add seasonings, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, thirteen spices, starch, and egg white.

Stir the meat thoroughly evenly.

Pour a little oil into the pot, heat it to 50% hot, add the chopped green onion.

Add peas and stir-fry evenly.

Add the white radish and stir fry evenly.

Add 800ml of water and bring to a boil.
