Carrot Pork Buns

The pork is chopped into meat.

Mince scallion and ginger.

Put the minced green onion, ginger and minced meat into a basin, add all the seasonings, and mix well in one direction.

Tips:
Do not take out the steamed buns immediately, cover them and steam them for 5 minutes before taking them out.
