Celery and Shrimp Dumplings

Prepare the ingredients for the dumpling filling.

Remove the rotten leaves, remove the roots, wash and change the knife, and prepare to stir.

Dehull the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and wash, and cut into large diced pieces for later use.

Put all the vegetables with the modified knife into a blender and smash them.

Mix the crushed vegetables with ground meat, shrimp, and eggs, and add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, pepper powder, and light soy sauce to taste.

After boiling a pot of water, throw in raw dumplings, boil until the water boils and add cold water. Because it's meat stuffing, add cold water twice.
