Chicken Broth and Fresh Meat Wontons

The pork is chopped into Rourong.

Wash ginger and mince.

Wash the green onions and cut into small pieces.

Put the pork filling and green onion ginger into a container, add pepper, five-spice powder, salt, soy sauce, Maggi fresh and peanut oil in one direction.

Wrap the cut wonton skins into wontons and set aside.

Cook the wontons and set aside.

Add water to the pot and pour a bag of concentrated chicken stock.

Bring to a boil on high fire.

Add the right amount of seaweed and dried shrimp skin to the bowl.

Pour in the cooked chicken broth.

Add wontons.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and chopped green onion to eat.
Tips:
If there is no concentrated chicken broth, it is better to use self-cooked chicken broth.
