Chicken Fillet Fried Rice

Stir-fry chicken fillet and set aside. Wash carrots, chives and cabbage heart for later use

Chopped chives, cabbage heart, carrots, finely chopped and set aside

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the carrots and stir-fry until cooked

Pour in the chopped cabbage and stir fry
5.
Stir-fry until the cabbage heart is broken, change to low heat, and pour in rice
6.
Mash the rice and stir evenly,
7.
Add the fried chicken fillet
8.
Add chives, stir evenly and add seasonings
