Chicken Heart Braised Beans

Chicken heart 100g, beans 500g, green onion ginger.

Put the chicken heart into a pot with cold water, bring to a boil, rinse with water, and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

Put in spare chicken hearts.

Cook into the cooking wine, to remove the fishy.

Add a little soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Add the beans and fry until the seedlings collapse.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for about 10 minutes, turning during the period.
