Chicken Heart Braised Beans

1. Chicken heart 100g, beans 500g, green onion ginger.

2. Put the chicken heart into a pot with cold water, bring to a boil, rinse with water, and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

4. Put in spare chicken hearts.

5. Cook into the cooking wine, to remove the fishy.

6. Add a little soy sauce.

7. Stir fry evenly.

8. Add the beans and fry until the seedlings collapse.
