Chicken Shredded with Onion

Wash one piece of fresh chicken breast and one piece of red onion and set aside.

Cut the onion into even shreds, put it in a dish, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, and let it go for 15 minutes.

Bring chicken breasts into the pot with cold water, add salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, green onions, boil on high heat, change to low heat and cook for 15 minutes, remove and let cool.

Tear the cooked chicken breast into silk along the lines.

Take a small bowl, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil (with sesame seeds in it), shallots, and stir well.

Squeeze the marinated shredded onion with water, place it on the bottom of the plate, put the shredded chicken on top, pour the mixed juice on top, and sprinkle with coriander.
7.
When eating, just stir evenly.
