Cold Beef Tendon Noodles-a Good "girlfriend" of Cold Skin
1.
Soak the dried beef tendon noodles in cold water for 10-12 minutes
2.
Pour out the water while keeping the noodle core still a little hard, the hard noodle core will continue to absorb the remaining moisture to make it soft
3.
Prepare side dishes
4.
Seasoning sauce: light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt sesame oil, stir well
5.
Pour the side dishes into the soft beef tendon noodles
6.
Add seasoning juice and chopped peanuts
7.
Pour in chili oil and stir evenly
8.
The very delicious cold beef tendon noodles are complete. I will serve them when it’s hot or I don’t want to eat rice noodle stir-fry. I’m really satisfied
Tips:
Soaking beef tendon noodles is the key. Never soak it completely before pouring water. The remaining water will make the noodles softer. Adjust, add some sesame sauce to those who like sesame sauce. I don’t like sesame sauce so I didn’t put it.
