People order this side dish every time I eat in a restaurant, so I plan to try it myself.

Cold Fern Root Powder

1. Put water in the pot, boil, add fern root powder and cook for 5 minutes.

2. The boiled fern root powder is treated with cold water twice, and then with cold boiled water. Drain the water.

3. The garlic seeds are crushed with a pestle and mortar.

4. Finely chop the green onion and finely slice the red pepper.

5. Fry the peanuts and let cool.

6. Secret chili oil.

7. Ordinary mustard.

8. Pour all the ingredients and fern root powder prepared at the beginning into a large bowl and stir evenly.

Tips:

1. It is not particularly easy to buy fern root powder in southern cities. I ran to many supermarkets and did not find it. Finally, I bought it online.
2. In some restaurants, there will be more vinegar under the fern root powder, and it will be wet. I like to dry them a bit, so I dry them very dry. Like the same as in the restaurant, you don’t need to drain so much water.
3. The peanuts, mustard, salt and chicken essence in the seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste. Those who like coriander can also put some coriander.
