Cold Fern Root Powder

Tips:
1. It is not particularly easy to buy fern root powder in southern cities. I ran to many supermarkets and did not find it. Finally, I bought it online.
2. In some restaurants, there will be more vinegar under the fern root powder, and it will be wet. I like to dry them a bit, so I dry them very dry. Like the same as in the restaurant, you don’t need to drain so much water.
3. The peanuts, mustard, salt and chicken essence in the seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste. Those who like coriander can also put some coriander.
