Cold Gnocchi
1.
Add salt to the flour, mix well with chopsticks, and then slowly add a small amount of water to mix into noodles. It is fine if there is no dry powder.
2.
Bring water to a boil, pour the lumps underneath, cook until they are all floating, and cook for another minute or two until they are translucent.
3.
Scoop up the boiled gnocchi and let it cool down.
4.
Take a small bowl, add vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and cold boiled water, and mix well.
5.
Drain the gnocchi, add the sauce, chop the pepper and chopped green onion, mix well and eat.
Tips:
1. You don't need a lot of water to stir the noodles. A small amount of water is enough. Pour slowly, stirring while pouring until there is no dry powder.
2. The shape of gnocchi can be large or small, and the cooking time should be extended for larger ones.
3. Seasoning as you like, spicy, salty or sour.
