Cold Onion Fungus

Add dried fungus to soak for two hours, and shred onion washed in running water.

Put the onion in a bowl, add light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, sesame oil, and boil the fungus in water for two minutes, then cool with ice water.

Drain the fungus and add it to the bowl. Heat the oil from the pan, add the green pepper, prepare the pepper rings, minced garlic, white sesame seeds, and pour the pepper oil.

Put it in a bowl after the aroma is released, add coriander, and stir well.
