Cold Tofu Skin

Wash the tofu skin with cool boiled water, cut into small pieces, and serve.

Wash the shallots and cut into sections; wash the coriander and cut into sections.

Put the chopped shallots on the tofu skin.

Put the coriander on it.

Add light soy sauce.

Add balsamic vinegar.

With salt.

Add chicken essence.

Put it in a large mixing bowl, mix well, and then serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. Be sure to clean the surface of the tofu skin with cold boiled water, so that it is more hygienic.
2. The white green onions are used for this dish, and the taste will be more authentic, but due to seasonal issues, the green onions are used instead.
3. The tofu skin itself has saltiness, so you don't need to add salt.
