Colorful Glutinous Rice Egg

Prepare ingredients: Soak glutinous rice for about three to four hours.

Prepare corn kernels, green beans, and diced ham.

Mix corn kernels, green beans, diced ham and glutinous rice, add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, pepper, thirteen spices and other seasonings.

Stir well.

Knock off a small piece of eggshell on one end of the duck egg (not too small, it is not easy to put glutinous rice behind), drain the egg white, and leave the egg yolk.

Use a small spoon to scoop the mixed glutinous rice into the duck eggs. Be careful not to fill it up too much. It should be 80 to 9 minutes full (as shown in the picture).

Wrap the whole duck egg with tin foil.

Let it steam for about an hour.
Tips:
The egg white can be used for other purposes.
