Corn Kernels Steamed Meatloaf

1. The corn kernels are blanched for 2 minutes.

2. Minced meat, blanched corn kernels, shiitake mushrooms, minced garlic, sautéed shrimp skins.

3. Pour the minced meat, corn kernels, shiitake mushrooms, minced garlic, and shrimp skins into the pot.

4. Add salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, sweet potato powder, oil, and chicken essence and stir well.
