Crab Wonton

Put the pork filling in the pot.

Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion, diced ginger, soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, and oil.

After the crabs are steamed, remove the crab meat from three crabs and put them in the filling, a little bit of crab roe, and put most of them in the soup.

Mix well into stuffing.

Take a wonton wrapper and put an appropriate amount of meat into the middle of one side of the wrapper.

Roll up the mince with the skin.

Move the two sides closer to the middle, and use the index finger of your right hand to apply water to the wonton wrapper for bonding.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add four dried Haihong meat, and bring to a boil.

In the process of boiling water, prepare a little chopped green onion and shredded ginger into a bowl, and add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and oil.

Place the wontons after the water is boiled.

After boiling, add appropriate amount of seaweed, pour in the chopped green onion, ginger, oil, salt and so on.

After the wontons are cooked, add a frangipani, sprinkle with coriander, drop a few drops of sesame oil, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.
Tips:
After adding the wontons, stir it from time to time to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook the wontons until they rise.
