Crispy Fried Carrot Meatballs

Use a small amount of salt to kill the shredded radish, but not too dry. Season with minced garlic, chopped green onion, five-spice powder and soy sauce. Add flour so that the shredded radish can stick to each other, not too much surface. Roll the shredded radish into loose balls, ready to be fried.

Put the meatballs in a pan and fry them into golden brown over medium heat.

Put the deep-fried meatballs on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
