Crispy Potatoes (chinese and English Material Version)

To prepare the seasoning, I use Youjia barbecue ingredients. If you don’t have one, you can prepare cumin powder, chili powder, pepper powder, and table salt. The basic taste is the same.

Cut potatoes and steam for 15 minutes

Finely chop green onion and garlic, if possible, you can also cut some coriander, spicy millet and zheer root

Add appropriate amount of cumin powder, chili powder, pepper powder, salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and mix well. For how much seasoning to add, I suggest to add one spoon each of cumin powder, pepper powder, salt and vinegar, and two spoons of white sugar, chili powder, and then take a bite.
Tips:
1. Don't steam the potatoes for too long, just insert the chopsticks easily.
2. At the end, please be gentle with others when you mix potatoes, otherwise it will spoil ♂
