Double Silk Sauce Noodles

Wash the pork and cut into shreds. Add starch and oil, stir well, marinate for 10 minutes

Wash the eggplant and cut into shreds

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic and aniseed

After the noodles are cooked, they can be mixed with cold boiled water, especially suitable for summer consumption.
