Dried Seaweed Wonton

Mince pork. Mince ginger and green onions and put them in the minced pork, add a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of light soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper, thirteen spices and sesame oil. Stir the minced meat in one direction.

The flour is made into a soft and hard dough with clean water. Place the noodles on the chopping board and roll them into a one-millimeter thick sheet.

Cut into squares with a knife.

Take a piece of dough, place the meat filling in the middle, and fold the dough into a triangle.

Fold the dough sheet in half again and pinch the seal tightly. Knead all the dough into raw wontons.

Add water to the pot to boil, add the wrapped wontons and cook them.

Put shrimp skins in a bowl (blanch it with boiling water to drain), seaweed, salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Scoop a tablespoon of the boiling soup in the pot, rinse the shrimp skins and seaweed, and then serve the cooked wontons.
