Eggplant Salad

Eggplant, green onion ginger garlic, coriander, millet pepper

Wash the eggplant and cut into strips. Put it in a steamer. Steam until the eggplant is soft.

Put the eggplant on the gauze and squeeze the moisture.

Add onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, coriander, millet pepper and seasoning powder.
