Fa Cai Soup

Preparation materials: flour, add appropriate amount of water, and mix into a roux;

Preparation materials: tofu, dried tofu, mustard greens, pork, shiitake mushrooms, pleurotus eryngii, oil bubble, winter bamboo shoots, fresh cuttlefish, shrimp, green beans, watercress, shrimp skin;

Cut the mustard greens into chopped vegetables;

Cut the fat and lean pork into cubes, tofu, dried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, pleurotus eryngii, oil puffs, winter bamboo shoots, fresh cuttlefish, and scallions, scallions and green onion leaves;

Stir-fry the fatty meat in a boiling pot;

Add lean meat, a little cooking wine, and continue to stir fry;

Tips:
1. The traditional soup uses early rice noodles, because my mother-in-law likes to make it with flour. Since I got married to their family, I have switched to using flour. I personally think that making it with flour is more smooth and refreshing;
2. The traditional soup uses dried cuttlefish. The dried cuttlefish is salty, with a harder taste and more fragrant taste. I don't like to eat pickled food. For health, I always like to use fresh cuttlefish;
3. The seafood used in the traditional soup also includes oysters and razor clams. Because of my husband's ventilation disease, he can't eat too much seafood. I can only reluctantly give up my love. Adding oysters and razor clams will taste more delicious;
4. Don't stir with chopsticks when eating the glutinous soup, or the glutinous soup will become watery soup. When eating the glutinous soup, you can drink it in circles without using chopsticks and spoons.
