Fancy Omurice

Dice mustard, onion, and ham. Separate the white and egg yolk from the two eggs. Add a small amount of starch water to the white and egg yolk and mix well.

Pour a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan and spread the egg yolks into pancakes.

Use a mold to cut several patterns. Set the cut flower pieces aside for later use.

The egg whites are glued into a pancake in a non-stick pan and cooked, and then put on top of the egg yolk pancake.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard, onion, and ham and diced and stir fry until it tastes good.

Tips:
The meringue is inside. You can spread it slightly smaller when you spread it out, or cut the edges a little bit, so that the meringue is wrapped around the meringue, which will look better.
