Fragrant Fried Tofu

Ingredients: 600 grams of northern tofu, 200 grams of pork, 5 shiitake mushrooms, 1 celery (for garnish)
Seasoning: 1 bowl of blended oil, 2 tablespoons of Knorr chicken powder, a little pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 grams of salt, 1 grams of monosodium glutamate

Wash and cut the pork for later use

Tips:
There must be no water in the pan, otherwise the oil will splash. The fire of the fried tofu should not be too big and it will burn off. Move it from time to time or it will stick.
