Fresh and Juicy Pork Wonton with Mushroom

Add pork with green onion and ginger into a blender to make a puree. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, pepper powder, thirteen spices, edible oil, salt, and dark soy sauce and mix well. Old soy sauces are mainly used for color mixing, you don’t need to add those you don’t like

Stir the pork filling, add water to it in batches, each time you add it, let the meat and water fully blend before adding the next time
