Fried Bean Cake (bean Cake with Chive Flavor)

Heat up the oil and leave the bean cakes in the frying pan (so that they won’t stick to the pan during frying. If you think it’s too troublesome to walk in the frying pan, you can fry it directly, but put more oil)

Cut the chili with an oblique knife and fry until fragrant. Put the bean cake into the pot (the picture of the bean cake, I forgot to take it when frying), stir for a while, add salt, monosodium glutamate, chili powder, light soy sauce, add a small amount of water, and turn fry

Get the pot (a lot of light soy sauce, I personally like a darker color, it looks more appetizing for meals)
