Fried Beef Slices with Onions

Cut beef slices, add light soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and edible oil to marinate for more than 2 hours.

Cut the onion and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, scatter the marinated beef and put it out for later use.

Put oil in the pot and fry the minced garlic.

Add onions and stir fry.

Add black pepper, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, monosodium glutamate, and stir well.
