Fried Pork with Chili

1. Prepare 3g shredded ginger, 5g garlic slices, 20g okra cut into circles, 10g red pepper cut into sections, 10g coriander cut into sections, and 250g lean pork sliced;

2. Pour the pork into a bowl, add 5g cooking wine, 3g oyster sauce, 2g salt, 3g light soy sauce, 10g starch and marinate for 30 minutes;

3. From the pan, pour 5ml of oil, add ginger and garlic slices, stir fragrantly, pour the pork, stir fry and change color;

4. Put 3ml of oil in another pot, pour in okra and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add pork, add 2g light soy sauce, 3g white sugar, stir and stir evenly

5. Pour in red pepper, coriander, and salt 1g, stir fry, and remove.

6. Ready to eat.
