We often eat fried rice. Today I made a different kind of fried rice. I added fresh shrimp and oysters to make the fried rice more nutritious, rich in protein, not only nutritious, but also super delicious.

Fried Rice with Shrimp and Oysters

1. Rice ready to be cooked

15. Add the rice that has been cooked in advance

16. Stir continuously with a spatula to mix the rice with the vegetables evenly

17. Add the right amount of salt

18. Add a little chicken essence

19. Add chopped shallots and coriander, stir-fry evenly. Luliang prefers polished rice, fresh enough to eat healthier

Tips:

Cilantro and chopped green onions are the soul of this fried rice, so be sure to add them. The rice can be cooked overnight in advance and put in the refrigerator. Fried rice is also very good the next day. If it is ready-made rice, you must let the rice cool before cooking.
