Fried Steamed Buns with Cumin and Seasonal Vegetables

Knock the egg into a bowl, add salt, white pepper, cooking wine, and two spoons of warm water to beat into an egg liquid

Diced steamed bun

Wash all kinds of vegetables and cut into cubes, but according to personal consumption, I haven't used all of them

Pour the diced steamed buns into a bowl of egg mixture and mix well

Add proper amount of oil to the pot, pour the diced steamed buns into the pot and spread flat

Stir-fry until the steamed buns are fluffy and dry, set aside

Put oil in the pan, pour diced carrots and fry until the color changes

Add some salt to taste

Pour in diced tomatoes and fry until slightly watery

Pour in the diced buns and stir-fry until there is no moisture

Pour the diced cucumber and stir fry
12.
Add appropriate amount of cumin powder and serve
